- How do I make a reservation?
- You can make a reservation by e-mail or phone call. Please call if you are urgent.
- Can I see rooms and apartments before booking?
- We can soon show you the room or apartment which say [ Available now ]. But we need to receive permission from the current tenant when we show the room or apartment which say [ Available from X day of Y month ]. In this case it takes a few days to show you the room or apartment.
- Can I get 30,000 yen deposit back if I cancel the reservation?
- No, you can't. Please acknowledge that we will not refund the deposit for any cancellations once the reservation is made.
- Do I have to pay agent fee? Do I need a guarantor?
- You do not need to pay agent fee and a guarantor to rent.
About rent
- How do I pay rent?
- You can pay rent by cash or bring rent to the office.
- Can I pay rent by a credit card?
- We are sorry but we cannot take a credit card payment.
- Can I get 30,000 yen deposit back when I move out?
- Yes, you can. We will return the deposit up to 29,000 yen on the date you move out. 1,000 yen per person should be deducted as sheets cleaning fee.
About rooms and apartments
- What are there in rooms and aparmtents?
- Each room has bedding, air-conditioner and necessary electric appliances. You will see a detailed information on each page of the apartment.
- Can I connect Internet in my room?
- Each apartment has Internet facility. You can connet Internet for your laptop. The Internet situation is different from each apartment, please make sure details on each page of the apartment.
- Can I cook in the apartment?
- Yes, you can. The necessary kitchen utensils are in the kitchen. A gas cooking stove is in the kitchen and necessary kitchen utensils and tableware are equipped.
- Do rooms and apartments have locks?
- Yes, they do. The door of each room and apartment can be locked.
