1 shower room and 1 toilet on the 1st floor, 1 toilet is on 2nd floor.
Parking bikes and motorike under 50 cc displacementare are free.
Using washing machine is free of charge, but there is no dryer.
Smoking in the rooms are prohibited. Smoking is only allowed out of the house.

Location
700 meters (0.6 miles) to KANSAI GAIDAI UNIVERSITY. 20 minutes (3.2 km,1.9 miles) on foot to Keihan Railway "Hirakatashi station" or 10 minutes by bus. 25 minutes from Hirakatashi station to Osaka staion, 28 minutes from Hirakatashi station to Shijo station in Kyoto.
The Icon is not placed on the ACTUAL place of the house, but placed onto KANSAI GAIDAI UNIVERSITY because of the privacy. The actual location will be given to the certain guests.
