How to rent and move out
| 1, Find an available apartment / room | |

| The availability of each room is displayed on the "availability" page of each location. There are three cases. * The room is "Occupied". You cannot request to reserve it. |

| * The room is "Available Now !!". You can request to reserve it from any date. If you move-in less than 7 days after your request, the rent start from the day you move-in. If you move-in later than 7 days after your request, the rent will start anyway from 7 days after your request. For example, on the calendar on the right : if you make a request on the 6th and move-in on the 10th (less than 6th+7days), you will pay the rent from the 10th; but if you make a request on the 6th and move-in on the 25th (more than 6th+7days) you will pay anyway from the 13th (6th+7days=13th). |

| * The room is "Available from the [day] of [month]". You can request to reserve it from any date after the [day] of [month]. If you move-in less than 7 days after the [day] of [month], the rent start from the day you move-in. | 2, Send a reservation request | |

| 3, Make a deposit | |
| We will reply to your e-mail and confirm a room or apartment is ready to be reserved. After that, we ask you to send 30,000 yen to our bank account by a wire transfer. | 4, Moving in | |
| Please contact us again a few days before to fix your moving in date and time. The moving in can be done between 10:00 and 16:00. On the moving in day, please bring a photo copy of your passport and rent for the first month. We will make a contract and sign a lease agreement, ang give you keys. | |
| 5, Move out notice | |
| You must inform us about your move out date at least 3 weeks prior. It means that you have to pay rent at least 3 weeks after you submit " 3 weeks move out notice ". During the 3 weeks, we can advertise the room or apartment to the public. We also need to fix the time we meet on your move out date. | |
| 6, Move out | |
| Before leaving, you need to clean and restore your apartment or room to the original state. On the day, you and one of our staff check the room together. If there is no problem and you have already paid all rent, we refund up to 29,000 yen (linen cleaning fee 1,000 yen per person is charged) to you. | |
