| J-Stay is furnished monthly apartment and guest house agency that mainly manages for foreigners. The best choice for those who plan to stay in Kyoto and Tokyo for months. We do not require guarantor and complicated documents. Just bring your passport with a valid visa, please. |
| No key money or agent fee required |
| Normally, you need a big amount of deposit (shikikin), key money (reikin), and brokerage fee when you rent an apartment in Japan. But we require only 30,000 yen deposit. The depost is going to be refunded up to 29,000 yen when you move out (1,000 yen per person is deducted for linen cleaning). We do not offer you to pay a room claning fee if you make your room as clean as you moved in. *As a room cleaning fee, 5,000 yen will be deducted in Tokyo F&F Fukagawa GuestHouse. |
| Utility bills included |
| Free Internet access for your laptop. Electricity, gas and water costs are included in rent. (note : the maximum of the total amount is 10,000 yen in case the apartment or room is occpied by one person.) |
| All rooms furnished |
| Each room has air-conditioner, furniture and bedding. And also electric appliances and dishes are prepared. You can start your new days soon after moving in. |

Access to the office

From Hachijo-Guchi Exit (South side of Kyoto station) Walk east along Hachijo-Dori Street for approx 200m. Turn right at the crossing of Hachijo-Dori Str. and Takeda-Kaido Str. And walk approx 500m to the south. You come to the large intersection of Kujo-Dori Str. and Takeda-Kaido Str. The hostel is near the south-east corner of the intersection.
